Vibrant News Analysis

Editorial policy

Our work should help readers distinguish a report's claims, support and limits. We write plainly, make corrections visible and keep commercial relationships separate from editorial decisions.

Accuracy and context

We check names, dates, quotations and factual claims against the material available to us before publication. We distinguish established information from interpretation and uncertainty, and provide enough context for readers to understand what a claim does and does not show. We do not claim that a report proves more than its evidence supports.

Independence

Editorial choices are made for reader value, not to serve a partner or advertiser. A commercial relationship does not guarantee coverage, a favourable account or editorial approval. We will not present a partner's preferred message as independent reporting.

Corrections

If a published item contains a material error, we assess the concern and correct the item when warranted. We clarify significant changes in the article so readers can tell that it has been amended. Readers can send correction requests through the Contact page, identifying the item and the specific point at issue.

Partner material and illustrations

Paid, supplied or partner-supported material is clearly identified where it appears and kept distinct from independent editorial work. We do not imply that a partner endorsement is an editorial finding. Some illustrations may be generated with AI; where relevant, that use is identified so readers are not led to mistake an illustration for documentary evidence.
